GDPR Privacy Notice
I am the ‘Controller’ of any personal data you provide to me. I only take basic personal data about you and the assignment. I only take information that you or your representative or agency actively give to me. I do not collect anything else. This does include things like your name, address, email, assignment etc.
I need to know this information so that I can do the job you have asked me to do. I will not collect any personal data from you I do not need for this purpose.
The data you give me is only seen and processed by me.
I keep this data in my email, on my personal server, and in my calendar. My email is provided via Heart Internet, and my calendar is hosted by Google. None of your data is accessible by anybody else. My Google account is protected with 2-Step Verification. I access this data on my phone and my home computer. My home computer is password protected, and my phone requires a face-scan or a 4-digit passkey to open every time.
UK tax law says I must keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. I do not use your data for any other purpose than for the job you asked me to do, and I do not share it with anybody else.
If you think the information I have about you is wrong you can ask to see it and have it corrected or deleted. If you want to complain about how I handle your data, you can contact me to investigate. If you are not satisfied with that, or if you believe I am using your data wrongly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
